There is another note addressed to Professor Bailey with Kemp asking if he can get in to a meeting in Chicago if Hillegas cannot or will not.
May be Mark R. Hillegas. He was an English professor at Southern Illinois University and taught one of the first university-level class on science fiction at Colgate University in 1961.
