The bottom half of page 23 is an advertisement for the nomination of the 1962 Hugo Awards for the best science fiction stories published in 1961. Several catagories are presented: Novel, Short Fiction, Dramatic Presentation, Professional Artis, Professional Magazine, and Amateur Magazine. Each catagory is blank, allowing for convention members to write in their nomination.
At the top-right corner is written "APRIL" and "AMAZING" (underlined) in black ink. On the left side is stamped "AZ-4-7533."
