In answer to the first question, I was in the Case & So was Col Dilworth.
2d Lincoln first appeared in the Case after the Case was taken to Cass. I wrote the affidavit for the Change The Change was from Mason County to Cass and the application was made to Judge Harriott. Armstrong remained in the Jail at
