Discussion at Freeport.

Mr. LINCOLN having accepted the proposition of Senator DOUGLAS, these gentleman will both speak in this city on Friday, the 27th of August. According to the arrangement, made between the parties, Mr. Lincoln will open the discussion in a speech of one hour; Mr. Douglas will follow in a speech of one hour and a half; Mr. Lincoln will reply for half an hour.
The occasion will be one of great interest to all parties, and we expect the attendance will be very large. We are not advised at what hour the discussion will commence, but presume it will not be till after dinner. We will publish further particulars as soon as they are received.
