Now in 1860 — Single plow 2 ˝ to 3 acres — & Now with double plow 6 acres

Could Cut 3/4 acres of wheat with a Sickle — Could Cradle from 2 to 21/2 acres —

Cut now with a reaper from 10 to 12 acers —

Could thresh & tramp about 15 Bushels — wheat —

Now 300 bushels —

Could fan & Clean about with a Sheet 20 Bushels — Could fan out with fan Machines 100 Bushels —

Now thresh & clean 300 —

Carry Plow — wooden mould boards — ˝ Iron & half wood — Jewett Plow Iron mould board — Now [Pane and Prince?]

Could plant Corn 3 acres per day — Now 20 for 2 hands —

Travel 30 M in 1830 — in 1860 400 —

Hall 28 hundred 2 horses 5000 with 4 or 6 horses — Now in cars —
