Dear Herndon
I have not yet succeeded in getting the Coppy Book and the Dictionary for you. I leave tomorrow but my Eldest Son (Bob) will get them if possible & express to you. I want a coppy of your life of Lincoln as soon as published. When ready please remit to my wife Mrs A. H. Chapman at this place the Amt due me. (30 dollars).
