Resolved, that the committee on public accounts and expenditures, be instructed to enquire into the expediency of authorizeing the publishing of the State laws, of a general nature, in the public Newspapers, and, that they report by bill or otherwise.

The committee on Publick Accounts and expenditures to which was refused the Resolution of this house requiring them to inquire into the expediency of authorizing the publishing of the state laws of a general nature in the Public News papers have had the same under consideration and have directed me to report that in the opinion of the committee it is inexpedient to legislate on the subject and ask to be discharged from the further consideration of the subject.
