Loyal Union Leagues.
The loyal men of St. Louis are discussing the propriety of organizing a loyal Union League, similar to the organizations of that name in New York, Philadelphia and elsewhere. This organization is rapidly extending throughout the North, and will soon count its hundreds of thousands of members in the Border and Southern States. All who support the Government, irrespective of party tests, may unite here upon a common ground; and it already embraces among its members loyal Democrats and Conservatives, as well as the political friends of the Administration. The only individuals excluded are those who are disloyal to the country.
