McClellan's Strategy.

Those papers which are puffing McClellan's strategy, and declaring that he has acted on the Napoleonic principles of "keeping his forces united, leaving no weak points unguarded and seizing with rapidity on important point," would confer a favor by showing how this strategy was illustrated by permitting the Potomac blockade under his nose, and by "seizing rapidly" the important point of Manassas just before him since July last. Do, if you please.
