The Wounded.
Those who were wounded in the battle of Pittsburg Landing, if they are able to be moved, will be brought with all dispatch to Cairo, Paducah, Mound City and St. Louis, or placed on board the several floating hospitals which have been fitted up and ordered to Cairo by General Halleck. One steamer is now on its way down the Tennessee, with eight hundred wounded on board; others will follow. Several barges of ice have already been sent up for the use of the wounded.
