The War Near Washington.

Our dispatches this afternoon are brief, but embody much, if true, involving disaster. Pope is falling back on Washington; Bull Run bridge is again destroyed, and so closely press the enemy that Fall's Church hospital, twelve miles from Washington, is evacuated, and Jackson, with 40,000 men, is moving on Baltimore by way of Leesburg and Edwards' Ferry.

This is news by Philadelphia, and perhaps may be erroneous.
