The Bill Presented by Lord Barrington

MONDAY, March 27, 1775.

The Lord Harrington presented to the House, according to order, a Bill to amend and render more effectual, in his Majesty' s Dominions in America, an Act passed in this present session of Parliament, entituled "An Act for punishing Mutiny and Desertion, and for the better Payment of the Army and their Quarters;" and the same was received, and read the first time.

Resolved, That the Bill be read a second time.
