Philadelphia, November 15, 1776.
The members of the Committee of the County of Philadelphia are requested to meet at ten o' clock on Friday, the 29th instant, at the Conestogoe Wagon, in Market Street, in order to receive the salt allotted for the said County by the Council of Safety, and to proportion it to the several townships. Those townships where no Committee-men have been chosen, are desired to appoint proper persons to attend at the same time. The townships also that have
