RESOLVE ON THE PETITION OF LEVI ALLEN.

Passed October 26, 1776.

On the Petition of Levi Allen,

Resolved, That Henry Gardner, Esq˙, the Treasurer of this State, be and he is hereby directed to exchange one hundred and twenty pounds of Silver or Gold from the publick Treasury, for the same sum he may receive from Mr˙ Levi Allen in paper Bills of Credit of any of the United States, agreeable to the request of said Allen.
