Letter to Clement Lempriere: Accept his proposals for building a row-galley

The following Letter was wrote to Clement Lempriere, Esquire:

"SIR: The Board of Commissioners accept your proposal for the building of a row-galley, viz: to pay you three pounds ten shillings sterling per ton; the measurement to be the length multiplied by the breadth and half breadth; and request you finish the same with all possible despatch.

"EDWARD BLAKE, First Comm' r."

Adjourned to next Thursday evening, six o' clock.
