The Committee on Captain Lane' s Account, reported.

The Report was accepted, and is as follows, viz:

Resolved, That the Receiver-General be, and he is hereby directed to pay Capt˙ John Lane the sum of three Pounds, six Shillings, for horse-hire and expenses from Falmouth to Watertown, and back again, in behalf of the Penobscot Tribe of Indians.
