To the Honourable Provincial Congress at WATERTOWN:

Mr˙ Stephen Jenkins and Mr˙ Thomas Hodgkins are recommended, the former for Adjutant, and the latter for Quartermaster, in the Regiment of which I have the comand, and the honourable Congress are prayed to appoint those gentlemen to said offices accordingly.
