STEPHEN STEWARD TO MARYLAND COUNCIL OF SAFETY.

GENTLEMEN: I understand you have some ship-bread in town. The yard is now without. I shall be much obliged to you to order five or six barrels down by Captain Hamond, and the tallow I mentioned to you some time ago.
