A Letter from William Heath, Major-General, dated 6th December, 1776, respecting a Hospital, was read.

A Letter from General Schuyler, dated 2d December, 1776, relative to the obstructing of Hudson' s River, was read.

Ordered, That Mr˙ L' Hommedieu and Mr˙ Wisner wait on Mr˙ Clinton, with General Schuyler' s Letter, and General Arnold' s Letter and Plan of Obstruction.
