The Delegates then proceeded to make choice of a Moderator, when Colonel JOHN HARVEY was unanimously chosen, and Mr˙ ANDREW KNOX appointed Clerk.

Resolved, That the Moderator adjourn the Convention, de die in diem, until the business is finished.

The Convention is adjourned till to-morrow morning, nine o' clock.
