TRYON — Mr˙ Newkirk.

DUTCHESS — Major Landon.

ORANGE — Colonel Allison.

Lewis Graham, the Committee appointed to form an arrangement of the Troops raised and to be raised in this State, dated at the White-Plains, 24th instant, informing the Committee of the progress they had made in the business of their appointment, and requesting a supply of clothing might be sent to the Troops of this States, was read.
