Said Ricealso presented an Order on the Governour, &c˙, drawn by Captain Harding, of said Brig Defence, in favour of said Rice, for eleven Pounds nineteen Shillings and two and a half Pence; and it is considered and voted, that an Order be drawn on the Pay-Table for the same; to be accounted for by said Harding, on his account and wages in the Colony service as Captain of said Brig, &c. And an Order is drawn accordingly in favour of said Harding, or order, for said sum of eleven Pounds nineteen Shillings and two and a half Pence, and delivered said Rice; and took Harding' sOrder, endorsed by said Rice.
