RESOLVE PERMITTING ABRAHAM REDWOOD, ESQ˙, TO EXHIBIT HIS CLAIM.

Passed October 9, 1776.

On the Petition of Henry Marchant, in behalf of Abraham Redwood, Esq˙, praying that he may be allowed to exhibit his claim for ten hogsheads of Sugar, &c˙:

Resolved, That the prayer of the above Petition be granted, and the petitioner be allowed to exhibit his claim for said ten hogsheads of Sugar, at the said Superiour Court, when and where the said appeal is now pending.
