Notice to the County Committees that the Convention are now forming a system of Government

Resolved, That notice be forthwith given to the County Committees of each respective County not in the possession of the enemy, that the Convention are now proceeding on the business of forming a system of Government, and that it is necessary that the Members give their attendance without delay.

Resolved, That a copy of the preceding Resolution be entered by the Secretary to the Convention, and sent to the Chairman of each County.

Resolved, That the like notice be given by the sending to the Members of New-York, Suffolk, Queen' s, and King' s Counties, who are not in the power of the enemy.
