RESOLVE FOR PAYING SAMUEL PHILLIPS, JUN˙, £2,800, TO PAY FOR SALTPETRE.

Passed October 10, 1776.

Resolved, That there be paid out of the publick Treasury to Mr˙ Samuel Phillips, Jun˙, the sum of £2,800, to be paid by him to Zebediah Abbot, to enable him to pay for the Saltpetre received for this State; said Abbot to be accountable to this Court for the same.
