On the Petition of Stephen Hall and Peleg Crocker, praying that their Sloop may be restored to them again:
Resolved, That the Petitioners serve the Selectmen and Committee of Correspondence of Boothbay, or of any other Town or Plantation in the County of Lincoln, in whose custody the Sloop Nancy, lately commanded by Peleg Crocker, is or has been, with a copy of the order of this Court, dated July 5th, 1776, for the release of said Sloop, and also with a copy of the Petition upon which the said order was grounded; and that the said Selectmen and Committee of Correspondence be, and they hereby are directed, on the second Wednesday of November next, to show cause, if any they have, to this Court, why said order has not been complied with.
